USA SHIPPING ONLY

FadedRugs currently ships only within the Contiguous United States.

Exclusions: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or military addresses (APO/FPO).

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the Contiguous United States. No minimum purchase required. All applicable customs duties and taxes are prepaid by us — you will not be charged anything extra upon delivery.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

Each rug is carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch.

Processing time: 1–3 business days after order confirmation.*

Shipping time: 7–14 business days after your order ships.*

In some cases, delivery may take slightly longer depending on the size of the item and the shipping destination. Larger rugs (8x10 and above) or custom-length runners may require additional transit time. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

In the rare event that an item becomes temporarily out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you within 48 hours to offer you the choice of either a full refund or waiting for restock. No charges will be applied without your consent.
