Refund policy

RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.

Returned items must be:
- New and unused
- In their original packaging, rolled as received
- Free of any signs of wear, stains, pet hair, or odor

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

All returns require pre-approval. Please email contact@fadedrugs.com with:
- Order number
- Full name and shipping address
- Product name and quantity
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product and original packaging

We will respond within 24-48 business hours with return instructions.

RETURN ADDRESS

Approved returns must be shipped to the address provided in your return authorization email.

Do not ship items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will be refused and no refund will be issued.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

You are responsible for arranging and paying all return shipping costs directly to the shipping carrier.

A $49 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection and repackaging.

Your refund = Product price - $49 restocking fee

REFUND PROCESSING

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

COLOR AND SIZE VARIANCE

Due to the nature of textiles and the limitations of digital screens, slight variations in color, pattern placement, and dimensions (within industry-standard tolerance of ±3%) may occur between the product images on our website and the actual item received. Such variations are inherent to the product and are not considered defects. They do not qualify for a damage claim or full refund.

IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE

Please contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged or defective:

1. Email contact@fadedrugs.com within 48 hours of delivery
2. Include your order number
3. Attach clear photos showing the damage, the rug, and the original packaging

We will review your case and, if approved, issue a full refund or free replacement at no charge to you. In most cases, we do not require a physical return for damaged items.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change your order, please request a return and place a new order.

CUSTOM-SIZED ITEMS

Custom-length runners and made-to-order rugs are final sale and cannot be returned, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly and file a claim with them.
